"Really happy with how Rosie turned out. The ear cleaning was done carefully — Cocker Spaniels need extra attention there and Jennifer's team clearly knew that. She came back with clean ears, a freshly trimmed coat, and was in good spirits. I also appreciated that they flagged a small skin irritation they noticed on her neck and suggested I mention it to our vet."
